Enjoy a "Welcome Drink" during the initial explanation. We'll introduce the basics of mixology, including tools, measurements, ice, glasses, serving techniques, and using a shaker.
Part 1: Follow detailed recipes to make 2 cocktails.
Part 2: In groups of 3-10, create a unique cocktail and a story inspired by the company. Each group’s leader presents, and then we vote.
The winning group receives a company-provided prize.

A Day With Dalí: Figueres, Port Lligat and Peralada
Morning:
- Plunge into the surrealist universe of Salvador Dalí in his extraordinary theatre-museum in Figueres, which contains the single largest collection of his works found anywhere. It’s a deliberately disorienting experience, every detail obsessively designed by the flamboyant artist himself: in Dalí’s world, it rains inside cars (Rainy Cadillac), and furnishings morph into the face of Mae West (The Mae West Room).

Lunch:
- Enjoy an unforgettable lunch at the Castell Perelada Restaurant, which has earned a Michelin star for its creative interpretations of authentic Catalan cuisine. Chef Javi Martínez and maître and sommelier Toni Gerez are at the helm. The setting – a magnificent 19th-century castle with a history that dates back to the 14th century – is sublime.

Afternoon:
- Visit Dali’s enchanting seaside retreat in Port Lligat, which overlooks a serene bay dotted with fishing boats at the tip of the Cap de Creus headland. Dalí, who lived here with his wife and muse Gala until her death, converted a string of small fishermen’s cottages into a surprisingly intimate home and studio. With, of course, some eye-popping Surrealist surprises, too, like the giant boa that loops around the swimming pool.

- Head to the Casino de Peralada, one of the best in Catalonia, to give your lucky number a spin and enjoy a drink in glamorous surroundings. We hope Lady Luck smiles on you!

The Perfect Seaside Town: Day in Llafranc
Morning:
- Start your day with breathtaking views over the Mediterranean and the Costa Brava from the 15th-century Sant Sebastià de la Guarda watch tower, perched high above the pretty whitewashed town of Llafranc. The watch tower, built to warn of pirate attacks, is now part of a collection of fascinating historic buildings, including an Iberian village from the 6th to 1st centuries BC, an 18th-century hermitage and the 19th-century lighthouse.

Lunch:
- We have two excellent suggestions for lunch with gorgeous views: choose either the restaurant at the Far de Sant Sebastià, which serves delicious traditional Mediterranean food made with the freshest local ingredients, or Farnomo, an incredible sushi restaurant where you can dine out on a plant-filled terrace to soak up the view. Both are enormously popular so we recommend that you book in advance.
Afternoon:
- Why not work off that fabulous lunch with some sport? How about a game of tennis? Tennis Llafranc is just a 10-minute drive from our recommended restaurants, and is a fun activity for the whole family.

Night:
- Llafranc is one of our favorite towns on the Costa Brava, which has retained all its authentic charm. You can join the locals taking an evening stroll along the seafront promenade or head to the famous Hotel Llafranc for drinks and dancing. If you’re lucky, you might catch the owner putting on a show while he expertly whips up amazing cocktails!
History and Shopping: Day in Girona
Morning:
- Spend the morning exploring the medieval heart of Girona, known as ‘El Call’, which was once home to one of the largest Jewish communities in Iberia. Its labyrinth of cobbled streets and courtyards has barely changed in centuries, and will transport you to another age. Take a tour of the Call to visit the most prominent Jewish sites and learn more about this influential community, which produced renowned poets, philosophers and mathematicians.
Lunch:
- For a truly unforgettable dining experience, reserve a table at El Celler de Can Roca, which has three Michelin stars and is regularly voted the best restaurant in the world. The three Roca brothers create gastronomic fireworks that will live long in your memory.

- Girona is a fantastic city for shopping. In the historic city center, you’ll find charming, traditional shops selling local specialities, from food to handmade gifts. For all the big-name Spanish fashion brands and much more, head to the Espai Gironès, an incredible shopping center which has a huge range of shops.

- Head down to the riverside to enjoy an evening drink while enjoying the sight of the colorful old buildings reflected in the water. There are lots of charming places to have a drink close to the river, so you’ll be spoiled for choice.
Mediterranean Sensations in Palafrugell
Morning:
- For an authentic Mediterranean experience, wander around the Sunday market (https://www.palafrugell.cat/la-ciutat/mercat-diari) in Palafrugell, to soak up the explosion of colors and aromas as you wander past stalls heaped with beautifully fresh local food, fruit and vegetables. Continue your stroll by visiting the charming old church by the market and the Plaça Nova, the main square, where you could join the locals for morning coffee at El Fraternal (http://centrefraternal.cat/), a cultural organization that was set up in 1887.
Lunch:
- Lunch at Pa i Raim, the best restaurant in Palafrugell, which is set in an old manor house where renowned local writer Josep Pla once lived. You can sit out on the charming terrace overlooking the garden, or inside in the elegant dining room. You’ll be able to enjoy tasty dishes made with local produce, all prepared with a fresh, modern touch.

Afternoon:
- Time to take in some culture! And there are plenty of options in Palafrugell. The Can Mario complex is a beautifully remodeled old cork factory, which now contains three of the town’s most interesting museums. The Museu Can Mario (part of the Fundació Vila Casas) has a superb collection of contemporary sculpture by Catalan artists, including some displayed in the garden. Within the same complex, you can find out more about the area’s fascinating cork industry in the Cork Museum and enjoy panoramic views from the top of the 35-meter-high Modernista water tower in the Can Mario Tower Interpretation Centre. If you’d like to find out more about Josep Pla, one of the most celebrated Catalan writers of the 20th century, head to the house in which he was born, now the Josep Pla Foundation. The Cuixart Foundation spotlights the artworks of Modest Cuixart, a contemporary of Picasso and Miró.

Night:
- The Festival de Jazz Costa Brava in Palafrugell is one of the biggest and best jazz festivals in Spain, and attracts some fantastic acts from all over the world. There are concerts out on the streets and squares, and in venues all over town. If you miss the festival, you can also catch jazz on summer nights in the garden of the Cuixart Foundation.
A Day Fishing and Seafood in Palamós
Morning:
- Palamós is a traditional fishing town and you can watch the trawlers returning to port at around 5pm with the day’s haul. You can buy dazzlingly fresh fish from the Llotja de Palamós (open from 4.30pm to 7.30pm), including the famous Palamós prawns. These juicy red prawns are prized all over the world for their intense flavor. Next to the Llotja, you could pop in to the little Museu de la Pesca (Fishing Museum), which has interesting exhibits on the history of fishing in the Costa Brava.

- Now it’s time to taste the amazing local seafood! Palamós has a great choice of restaurants both on the seafront and in the town center where you can enjoy a tasty paella or another of the famed dishes prepared with locally grown rice. One of our favorites is Terrassa dels Pescadors, which offers incredible seafood and rice dishes prepared with a contemporary twist, as well as excellent service.

Afternoon:
- Take a refreshing afternoon swim – after all, it’s summer on the Costa Brava, and the beach is only steps from the seafront promenade where you enjoyed your lunch! The beach is dotted with xiringuitos (beach bars): we really like the Txiringuito L’Onada, which is the perfect place to have a coffee or a drink while you watch the sunset.

Night:
- Palamós is a very lively town, particularly in the summer, with lots of bars and clubs to choose from. The seafront promenade gets very busy after dusk, and is a great place to sit down on a terrace with a drink and watch the crowds flow by.
Beach Day in Calella de Palafrugell
Morning:
- Calella de Palafrugell is one of the most beautiful fishing villages on the Costa Brava, a tumble of whitewashed streets with colorfully painted fishing boats pulled up on the sand. There are lots of fabulous beaches to choose from, where you can soak up the sun and take a dip in the turquoise sea. The most famous beach is Port Bo, where the annual Havaneres festival is held. It’s a celebration of traditional sea shanties (havaneres), which are sung accompanied by cremat, a concoction of rum with spices and coffee which is set aflame before drinking.

Lunch:
- There are lots of great places to eat in Calella de Palafrugell. We particularly recommend Fiego which serves the most amazing fideuà (a kind of Catalan paella made with small noodles instead of rice) right on the seafront, and Tragamar , which is a very stylish spot for contemporary tapas and incredible seafood.
Afternoon:
- You could enjoy more beach time in the afternoon or, if your prefer, visit the stunning Cap Roig Botanical Garden. Unforgettably set high on a clifftop with panoramic views over the Mediterranean, the garden was laid out in the 1920s and contains more than 1000 plant species plus sculptures by artists from all over the world. It’s a haven of peace and tranquility in the heart of the Costa Brava.

Night:
- Calella de Palafrugell is just as magical at night, when you can enjoy a drink on an outdoor terrace and watch the stars as you listen to the waves lapping on the shore. If you’re in the mood for more action, head to nearby Palafrugell, where there are lots of bars, restaurants and pubs with live music.
